The Likya Pavilion is a collection of ten pool suites with hotel services situated just moments from Kalkan harbour. The location is second to none, close enough to capture the vibe of Kalkan which is an essential component of any stay.
Unusually, the property stands apart due to its inordinate amount of space and beautiful gardens. The ten private suites are complete with their own swimming pools and feel more like individual villas than conventional hotel rooms. It is ideal for couples who can enjoy the privacy of their own suite with breakfast served daily in the restaurant and room service as and when required.
Our Guests are invited to use the nearby Yali Beach Club on a complimentary basis throughout their stay. The beach club can be accessed on foot and is just a 5-minute stroll from the Likya Pavilion. Hippy-chic steps lead down from the Likya Gardens to the Yali beach club and there is direct access to the sea with loungers, parasols and diving platforms scattered at intervals. Waiter and towel service are available to your sunbed, and a range of healthy, small plates, fresh juices and cooling drinks are served in the waterside restaurant.
There are two room types for you to consider; the Loft Pool Suites, semi detached units and the Pavilion Pool Houses.

The Lofts – Private Pool Suites 6, one bedroom Suites
Situated on the hillside in semi-detached buildings, these spacious pool suites are laid out over two floors. They offer stunning sea views both inside and out. The double bedroom is located on the first floor with floor- to – ceiling windows providing panoramic views across the bay from the bed.
The windows open onto a balcony- naturally with more sea views. Downstairs is the sitting room, dressing area and shower/ wc. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto your private pool terrace where the pool is sufficient for a refreshing dip, though perhaps not suited to laps.

The Pavilions – Private Pool Houses 4 one bedroom Houses
The combination of space and privacy together with conceptual design and magnificent sea views makes these our favourite suites and arguably some of the most exclusive in Kalkan. Tiered into the hillside, yet close to the water, each pool house has walls of glass and bedrooms with double-height ceilings looking out across the sitting room together with far-reaching sea views beyond the spacious grounds. There is a genuine sense of ‘inside outside’ living with considerable space both inside and out.
Enter directly into the sitting room with floor to ceiling windows. A dressing room and shower/ wc are located at the rear of this floor. Stairs lead into a galleried bedroom overlooking the sitting room which has fabulous seascapes directly from the king-size bed. French windows open onto a pretty garden and private pool terrace with a large pool and a variety of secluded areas in which to relax. There are plenty of daybeds and small alcoves to make the most of the sea views!
